CPG wise, what Kluken said... let your CPGs span all 4 nodes.... but you can still do what you want and setup your hosts to talk to just 2 nodes. A single pathed host connected to just 1 iscsi port can still access a CPG spanning 4 nodes, there is a backplane that the 4 nodes talk to each other through and service data requests they themselves cant answer. This backplane is used even when you have 4 paths, one to each node, because RR does not guarantee the node receiving the request actually is responsible for that block.
From the sound of it, you have a total of 8 iscsi ports, 64 hosts max per port. Thats 256 dual attached guests or 128 quad pathed guests.
