That is exactly what happened. Maybe I missed something in the class I took but this part of the process was never laid out and I was flipping out last night as I ran into this issue. I called HP and the "tech" couldn't tell my why they were not initialized despite me telling him what steps I took. HP tech support on this and other issues we have had in the past has been consistently poor IMO.
