So yet again all my bookmarks to HPE storage pages with actual support content are expired and the new style pages I've been forwarded to no longer seem to have a function (I can find) to sort the lists of documents, patch updates etc. by date so no way to see what's relevant.

Yes, that's annoying. It was the first time I was happy somebody on the internet asked for my feedback- told 'em

Seconded ...

Also, the dashboard forgot all my linked SAIDs/SN's and warranties.

I've been finding this to be a disturbing trend in HPE's UI/UX throughout their product line and services—the long march towards making everything appear to be a tablet/phone-focused interface, at the expense of utility for those using their desktop/laptop with a "traditional" web browser.

The number of clicks to do most anything useful has gone up an order of magnitude, not to mention the presentation intentionally limits the amount of information you can see on one page. (Next 10 items? Just show me the whole list already!) You can't just toss a search bar on top of something and expect that to be a panacea.

SSMC is certainly no exception. At least they haven't (yet) completely ruined the functionality of their "Software updates and licensing" portal.

What an absolute total disaster!
Is there no way to sort documents by date?

The sad thing is: The new look is quite good. Filtering etc., is not bad either. But removing "sort by date" means they have no idea why and how people are using that website.

The only way I've found is to search for 2017, then click all the 'Show 10 more' links till everything is visible and then use the browser search to look for the current month...

The phrase "user acceptance testing" doesn't seem to exist in modern UI design, just so long as it's pretty and swishy.

Of course you also can't right click on any of the items to open in a new tab.

Yet again I'm glad I download everything that looks useful and keep local.

Just looked for the newest 3.3.1 Release Notes. They are from January 22, 2018, but searching for "2018" I did not find it. I had to search for "emu1". :?

I think '2018' has to be in the description text for it to work, oh well just when I thought I might have less crap to search through...

Has anyone got the notification email stuff working since the look change? I tried reconfiguring it to send weekly updates but have had nothing since. :(
