Assuming Bay 1 is one Fabric and Bay 2 is another Fabric wouldn't Port 1:1:1 go into Bay 1 and Port 1:1:2 go into Bay 2 to match it's partner ports? |

Wild guess, you've only booted one server? Or not created the SAN-fabric in Virtual Connect to contain the X2 ports. I assume you've read this (scenario 6): http://h20628.www2.hpe.com/km-ext/kmcsd ... 940-16.pdf |

Thank you, Bay1 - Fabric A Bay2 - Fabric B I'll try your method tomorrow. |

You were right!I reconnected the ports and the error went away. Now: Port 0:1:1 -> c7000 Bay1 (Fabric A) Port X1 Port 0:1:2 -> c7000 Bay2 (Fabric B) Port X1 Port 1:1:1 -> c7000 Bay1 (Fabric A) Port X2 Port 1:1:2 -> c7000 Bay2 (Fabric B) Port X2 Thanks for help! |
