clearing CPG before deleting

In CPG no VVs, how can i clean allocated capacity in this CPG?
"showld -cpg NameCPG" are present 24 LD
"showvv -cpg NameCPG" are not present VV
"compactcpg NameCPG" CPG already compact
Help solve the problem. Сan I delete this CPG?
