I believe if you look on the HP site for the site planning document on the 7440c there should be the power. I know for our 2 node 7200 it was about 1200W max. |

Are you looking for the number for the nodes and node cages only? Or looking for the total for the system? If you are looking for the total you need to add all the information about everything in the system. Most likely it would be easiest to contact your sales rep as I've seen output from some sizing tool that has this info (power and cooling requirements) |

HI jbguy and Mammagutt, Thanks for the info. jbguy - I know for our 2 node 7200 it was about 1200W max =Is it for 7200 2 node only? excluding storeonce and sp? Actually I am just trying to get the power consumption of 7440 4 nodes, because i've already got the power consumption of StoreOnce, Storeonce 4500 and Service Processor through ILO. Reason for asking is, I'm going to propose Generator set for High Availability in case of power failure. Thank you so much. JunG |
