3PAR block Lun ID export

I Would like to block some export ID to all hosts or one host specifically.
For example, the problematic ID 254 with RHEL multipathd.

How are you presenting your virtual volumes to your hosts? Using Host sets or?

VV are exported to a Host.
When the exportd ID is 254 (used by 3PAR for each host), RHEL do not create a device disk.
