so what i can say now. the only way for snmp monitoring is that the 3par sends snmp trap to the PRTG Probe Server/trap receiver.
with snmp get/snmp read you get nothing from the 3par system.
In the PRTG you can add a device and an snmp trap sensor.
and you can add the 3par MIBs, so the prtg system can identify the traps that the 3par is sending.

via ssh it's another way to monitor the system but at this moment there is no ssh sensor from PRTG available but you can write a script and run it against the 3par system.
